• Perform a site survey of your current hardware, software & licenses.
• Listen to what you would like to add/change or tweak in your current configuration.
• Provide you with a disaster recovery and backup plan to help your company get back on it's feet in case of a disaster.
• Install any Compaq, HP, Cisco, SonicWALL, 3COM or any other hardware required for your systems peak performance.
• Install all operating system software, and related applications to get your system up and running quickly and in the most efficient way.
• Help you migrate over from your old servers to your new servers.
• Create a backup plan for your onsite personnel to follow.
• Inspect your current security needs & make the proper adjustments and additions to bring your security up to today's standards.
• Provide support to your end users, with issues ranging from desktop software conflicts to hardware parts replacement.
• Help you move your office from one location to another, and everything that involves with regards to your systems (i.e. wiring & cabling, racks, equipment disaster recovery planning, backup strategy, failover plans, etc.).
