SysIntegrators, LLC provides customers
with world class technical support via our many technical support contracts.
Basically, with a support contract, you purchase a block of hours, and
you get support from us until your hours expire or run out, whichever
comes first.
All contracts are valid Monday thru Friday,
9AM-5PM Eastern Time, excluding any holidays. 24x7 Emergency contracts
are valid all the time, 365 days a year. Travel time is charged as part
of your contract. 25 Hour contracts and above also carry a response
time guarantee. 50 Hour contracts and above, when upgraded to Emergency
Support contracts, provide an even faster response time for those customers
requiring immediate service any time of day or night, including holidays.
10 Hour Support Contract (Price: $CALL)
With this option, you can try us out. See for yourself how well we provide
support and resolve any issues at your location, or remotely, via modem,
VPN or through the internet. Great for a one time installation, or for
phone/remote only support, for anywhere in the 50 states.
25 Hour Support Contract (Price: $CALL)
With this contract, you not only get more hours, but you also get a
guaranteed response time by telephone and onsite if required. Great
for an installation and minimal maintenance throughout the year. Also
great for companies having less than 5 employees who require minimal
maintenance.
50 Hour Support Contract (Price: $CALL)
Our most popular support contract. This contract allows for an even
better response time than the 25 hour contract. Great for installations,
client workstation configurations, multiple server setups, and multiple
maintenance and proactive visits throughout the year. This support contract
can even be upgraded to a 24x7 Emergency Support Contract for an additional
50% of the price of the contract. For more information, please call.
75 Hour Support Contract (Price: $CALL)
For those companies who need an even faster response time, and who need
onsite visits regularly, we suggest the 75 hour block. This support
contract can be upgraded to a 24x7 Emergency Support Contract for an
additional 50% the price of the contract. For more information, please

100 Hour Support Contract (Price: $CALL)
Our highest priority support contract. With a maximum 4 hour response
time by telephone, this contract is for those companies with critical
systems which can't afford to be down. This support can also be upgraded
to a 24x7 Emergency Support Contract for an additional 50% the price
of the contract. Not only does the emergency Support Contract upgrade
give you 24x7, but it also provides you with a maximum 2 hour phone

Unlimited Monthly Support Contract
(Price: $CALL)
We also provide support to customers who know they will require our
services frequently on a monthly basis. Our Unlimited Monthly Support
contract does not limit you to a certain number of hours of support
per month, instead, you get unlimited support, for as much time is needed,
without any extra charges or fees. Definitely the most economical way
to go if you know you want to use us as your IT outsource for the upcoming
future.
